How to Find My Document ID

Getting your document ID

1. From your Home Screen

2. Click on documents and select the document you need to get an ID for

3. Double click on the document to open it

4. You will be able to access and copy the document ID at the base of the document.

Getting your knowledge base document ID

1. From your Home Screen

2. Click on documents and select the appropriate knowledge base folder

3. Click on the ellipsis (3 dots) on the folder as shown in the screenshot below

4. You should be able to copy the knowledge base document ID
